✉️ Shipment Dates & Delivery Timing

Each Penpal Club envelope is assembled and sent from Virginia during the second week of every month. If you joined, for example, between February 2 and March 1, your first envelope will be the March edition, mailing out mid-March. Once you receive your shipping confirmation email, please allow:

-Up to 14 business days for U.S. delivery

-Up to 21 business days for international delivery

Because these are sent as real, stamped mail (just like a true penpal!), delivery times can vary slightly depending on USPS.

🎨 What’s included in each month’s Penpal Club envelope?

Each month, you’ll receive a thoughtfully curated envelope filled with original Rally Bird goodness — designed to feel like a letter from a creative friend.

While themes change month to month, your mail may include:

• A 4x6 original illustrated art print postcard

• A “monthly musing” letter from me

• Exclusive Case of the Mondays themed stickers

• A 5x7 print from the Dopamine Deck

• Small paper surprises (think: confetti, friendship bracelets, or seasonal details)

Every mailing is created around a monthly theme - often inspired by growth, creativity, storytelling, and finding magic in ordinary days. Some months are softer and reflective.Some months are colorful and bold. All months are made with care in my Virginia studio and sent with real stamps (because slow mail matters). Designs are exclusive to Penpal Club members - making each envelope a limited-edition piece of the season. No two envelopes are exactly the same - but each one is designed to bring a little tangible joy to your mailbox.

💌 How do I cancel my subscription?

You’re free to cancel anytime. You’re also free to re-join anytime, too! Simply log into your RBPC account on the Rally Bird website and manage your subscription from your account dashboard. As long as you cancel before your monthly billing date (the same date each month as your original enrollment date) you will not be charged for the upcoming month.

No hoops to jump through. No hard feelings. Just mail magic when it works for you.

🏠 How do I update my address or billing info?

Need to change your shipping address? Update a card? Tweak your account details? Make sure your Penpal Club mail follows you! Now, I know it’s a little frustrating- a bit of hoop jumping that I wish I had a magic wand to fix on my own! But updating the saved address in your account does not update the shipping address on an active subscription.

If you need to change the address for your Penpal Club subscription, you’ll need to:

1. Sign in to your account on the Rally Bird website.

2. Go to Account and cancel your current Penpal Club subscription.

3. Subscribe to the Penpal Club again using your new shipping address.

Important: Please make any subscription address changes before the next month’s mail is processed so your happy mail doesn’t head to your old address!

📬 Can I track my envelope?

To keep the Penpal Club as affordable as possible, mail is sent with standard USPS stamps - which means tracking isn’t included. It’s old-school in the best way. Like waiting for a letter from a friend.

💳 When will I be billed?

You’ll be charged on the same calendar date each month that you originally subscribed. You can review your billing date and subscription details anytime in your RBPC account dashboard.

⏳ My mail hasn’t arrived yet - what should I do?

If your envelope hasn’t arrived after the estimated delivery window, it may be delayed in transit (occasionally they take the scenic route).

If it’s been longer than:

-14 business days (U.S.)
-21 business days (International)

📬 If i write a letter to you, will you write back?

YES! Yes yes yes! It makes my heart leap every time I check my PO Box and see it filled with penpals that wrote back! My address is included with every envelope (the return address!) and if you send me something, I’ll be sure to answer with a personalized response and include it in your next month’s letter. Expect it to be the equivalent of a big hug in paper form 🤗
